Try this amazing recipe and let us know about your views in the comment section below.<br /> <br />Ingredients for Chilli Paste:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- Kashmiri Red Chillies <br />- Salem Gundu <br />- Guntur<br />- Water<br /><br />Ingredients for Schezwan Sauce:<br />- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil<br />- 15 Cloves Garlic(sliced)<br />- 1 tsp Ginger(grated)<br />- 1/4 cup Celery<br />- 1/4 Spring Onion White(sliced)<br />- Chilli Paste<br />- 1/2 cup Water<br />- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce<br />- 1 tbsp Ketchup<br />- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Sugar<br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp White Vinegar<br /><br />Ingredients for Schezwan Chicken:<br />- 2 tbsp Oil<br />- 200 gms Boneless Chicken<br />- 1 tsp Garlic(minced)<br />- Ginger(minced)<br />- 2 Spring Onions(sliced)<br />- 1 Capsicum(sliced)<br />- 4 tbsp Schezwan Sauce<br />- 3/4 cup Chicken Stock <br />- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce<br />- 1 tbsp Ketchup<br />- 1/2 tsp Sugar<br />- Black Pepper Powder<br />- 2 tbsp Corn Flour<br />- Salt<br />- 1/2 tsp Vinegar<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take pre-soaked kashmiri red chillies, salem gundu, guntur and put it in a mixing bowl, along with some water<br />2. Grind it and in a separate pan add vegetable oil, sliced garlic cloves, grated ginger and saute it till the raw sell of ginger and garlic goes away <br />3. Now add celery, sliced white spring onion, grinded chilli paste <br />4. Cook this mixture for around 2-4 minutes over a medium flame <br />5. Now, add water to this mix, followed by soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper powder, sugar, salt <br />6. Once the oil starts to separate turn off the flame; stir and add white vinegar<br />7. Keep this schezwan sauce aside, and in a different wok heat oil <br />8. Now, add boneless chicken and mix it till the chicken turns slightly golden<br />9. Once fried, take it out in a plate and in the same oil add minced garlic, minced ginger <br />10. Saute it till the raw smell goes away<br />11. Now, add sliced spring onions, sliced capsicum, fried chicken and stir it <br />13. Add 4 tbsp schezwan sauce to the pan and mix it <br />14. Now add chicken stock, soy sauce, Ketchup, sugar, black pepper powder to the mix and mix it<br />15. Now in the remaining chicken stock add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix it to form a smooth slurry<br />16. Pour it right into the pan; stir it and turn the flame to high<br />17. Now, add a little salt and give it a stir<br />18. Turn off the flame and add vinegar to it and mix it
